About Karen

For more than 30 years, Karen has been helping people navigate the Victoria housing market with care, experience, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s right for her clients. At the heart of her work is a simple goal: to make every buying or selling experience as smooth, informed, and positive as possible.
Karen believes real estate is about much more than transactions—it’s about relationships. She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ needs and priorities, and many of those connections turn into long-term relationships that continue well beyond the sale. Her clients know she is always in their corner, providing thoughtful guidance and ensuring they feel confident in every decision they make.
Through changing markets and decades of experience, Karen has developed a deep, practical knowledge of real estate that brings both clarity and peace of mind to her clients. She approaches each situation with care and integrity, and she simply won’t let her clients move forward without fully understanding their options.
“I want my clients to think of me as their most trusted advisor. I feel both honoured and responsible to support them in the best way I can.”
Karen is committed to continually growing her knowledge and refining her approach, always with her clients’ best interests at heart. Her dedication is reflected in the many referrals she receives from past clients—something she values deeply.
Respected by both clients and colleagues, Karen has been recognized as one of Victoria’s top-producing REALTORS®. She was named Victoria REALTOR® of the Year in 1998 and has since received numerous industry awards. Her thoughtful, methodical approach has also led her to mentor and train both new and experienced REALTORS®.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys the simple things—walking, spending time on the golf course with friends, and being with her husband Joe, who works in construction. Family is incredibly important to her, and she treasures time with her loved ones, including her grandchildren.
For Karen, real estate has always been personal—and it always will be.
